Florida Transportation Modeling Portal

FDOT Systems Planning Office has established an official website www.fsutmsonline.net that provides access to Florida transportation modeling information.  To access a list of available FSUTMS standard models, select the “Model Download” option from this webpage. In order to download the statewide model, follow the “Florida Statewide Model” links.  At the time the download begins, a password will be requested.  To obtain a download password, select the link to the access request form.  Once completed and submitted, the form will be sent to the modeling coordinator for processing.  A password should be received by e-mail within 24 hours.

The Department will not accept questions and/or comments related to the Concession Agreement unless they are presented in a list format with the page and paragraph referenced for each question and/or comment.  Do not submit a marked up copy of the Concession Agreement as a format for questions and/or comments.

Example of acceptable format:

1.Page 56, paragraph 3.17; Is it the Department’s intent that the Concessionaire (at the Concessionaire’s expense) contract for emergency services on the Alley and areas adjacent thereto that are integral to its function?
